Carin Pro - How it works
With Carin Pro you train your pelvic floor muscles every day using the Carin Training App.
Once a week you wear the sensor for 24 hours during the measuring day during which the sensor tracks your leaks and calculates your progress.
Below a step-by-step guide for this measuring day is explained.
1. Snap sensor into underwear
Snap your Carin Pro sensor into the Carin Underwear. A green LED on the sensor will start blinking if it's connected.
2. Start measuring
Tap the 'Start Measuring' button on the app to start your measuring day.
3. Wear for 24 hours
Wear the sensor for 24 hours. During this day the Carin Pro sensor will track your leaks whilst the Carin Underwear protects you and gives you comfort.
4. Exercise
Follow the Carin Training App and do your daily exercises together with our online coach.
5. Check sensor connection

At the end of the measuring day, check if the sensor is connected the app so it can send your sensor data to the app.
6. Check data
Check your data in the app. The app will show you your leaks, drinks, activity and it will automatically calculate your progress*
*From the second week on
7. Remove sensor
Remove the sensor before washing your Carin Protect underwear.
8. Clean sensor
Clean the sensor with a wet wipe and wash your underwear.
