Carin Training App - How it works
Using the Carin Training app you can follow the Carin Exercises in the app. Unlock the 'Carin Challenge' to check your progress and proceed to the next set of exercises.
1. Download & Unlock the App
You have purchased the Carin Training App bundle. Yay! Get started by downloading the Carin Pelvic Floor App from the Android of iOS app store. Once downloaded, unlock your access to the app by introducing your personal Carin Mini code or syncing via Bluetooth with your Carin Pro set.
2. Exercise
You can now start training with the Carin exercises. Go for it!
3. Follow the training program
Follow your personal training program. Try to train for about 10 minutes/day.
4. Carin Challenge
Get the Carin Training App
After a minimum of 3 training days, do the 'Carin Challenge' to calculate your progress and proceed to the next set of exercises.
